Hermosa Hotel Reservation Requests

When we receive your reservation request we will contact you within 24 hours by email or phone with your booking confirmation. Submitting this form alone is not a booking confirmation.
Avalon Tax of 12% will apply to each night of your booking.
All major credit cards are accepted.
If you've purchased a special deal and are redeeming via a voucher, we don't charge your credit card, but do still need you to include all the information for us to have on file with your booking.
Your credit card will be charged according to the applicable rates for the requested accommodations.

Midweek is Monday through Thursday nights. Weekend is Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights.
Reservations that include a Saturday night have a 2-night minimum; other nights are OK for 1-night.

Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival or if there is a no-show, the room will be charged in full with no refund. If your reservation is canceled more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival you will be refunded the amount paid less a $25 cancellation fee, which is applicable towards a future stay.
